Burns is one of the biggest dates in a January calendar where very little else happens, and with Scotland's growing pull, it's a night guests already want to celebrate. Though Burns Day falls on the 25th, the celebrations run right through the month.
I bring the tradition and the structure: piping guests in, piping in the haggis, delivering Robert Burns's Address to a Haggis in full, all in traditional Highland dress.

Burns is the busiest time of year for a bagpiper, so although I usually travel far and wide for events, in January, I stick to the Greater London area.
